When I saw this cake on the blog so original A twelve cachina decided to try it. Everyone who has ridden it has pleasantly surprised him. Is very rich. The wine gives a special touch. I prepared this cake 5 times since I tried it two weeks ago. It has been a success.
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 eggs.
- 200ml of red wine (Rioja in my case).
- 100g of cocoa powder (chocolate milk ....)
- 200ml sunflower oil.
- 230g of flour.
- 1 envelope of yeast royal (driver)
- 175g of sugar.
1, Beat the eggs with sugar until laundered.
2 º incorporates wine and oil. Everything is mixed.
3 º is added cocoa, flour and baking powder and beat the mixture well.
4 º Put in a greased or lined with baking paper and cook in preheated oven at 180 º C for 35-45 minutes.
