When I graduated, I had the chance to discover Mexico thanks to a grant for international collaboration. It was a fantastic experience I remember fondly. Being in another country for a long time, I can not stay only with tourism. I enjoyed and still keep in my mind a myriad of aromas, Mexico pictures ... is a beautiful country, full of surprises and breathtaking nature.
This pizza is dedicate to all those who shared those moments of my life, were very special indeed.
Oaxaca cheese like mozzarella. It's like a ball of wool, I like a lot. I think that is best suited to prepare some delicious quesadillas. I got it at a Mexican grocery store in Madrid.
Ingredients:
- 250g of flour for pizzas.
- 125ml of warm water.
- 40ml olive oil.
- 1 / 2 teaspoon salt, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, basil.
- 1 roasted green pepper strips.
- 1 zucchini into thin slices.
- Oaxaca cheese 200g.
- 200 g chicken breast cut into thin strips.
- 6 tablespoons of tomato sauce.
- 1 can of mushrooms.
1 st Place the bread in water, oil, salt, herbs, garlic, onion and flour. Amasadpo programming a 8-9 minute. When finished, allow the dough to rest 20 minutes.
2 nd ingredients are prepared.
3 º stretching out the dough is shaped and circular. Tracing paper is placed on the baking sheet.
4 º Cover with tomato sauce, cheese, slices of zucchini, mushrooms, chicken breast and strips of pepper. Sprinkle with oregano and baked at 200-220 ° until it is golden.
