Homemade Physics Toys




This summer I prepared several different ice cream, the vanilla which was very good. We had it with Sanders caramel sauce, a luxury.

Ingredients:

- 300ml of milk.

- 300ml of cream.

- 6 egg yolks.

120g sugar - 1 tablespoon honey or invert sugar.

- 1 or 2 vanilla beans.

1, Heat the milk with the cream and vanilla bean, cut in half. 2 º

Beat the egg yolks and sugar. Honey is incorporated.

3 º milk check, passing through a sieve, the mixture of egg yolks and sugar.

4 th Place the mixture in a saucepan and heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Is removed and allowed to cool. Is saved in the refrigerator for four hours minimum.

5 º Pour the preparation in the refrigerator and let butter 35-40 minutes.
