These bars are common at home, we love its taste and crunchy texture. The recipe is

Ingredients:
- 300 g of bread flour.
- 300 g of flour.
- 200 ml of water.
- 150 ml. milk.
- 30 g of butter.
- 1 tablespoon honey.
- 10g of salt.
- 2 packets dry yeast or 30 g of fresh.
1 st Place milk, water, honey, butter, salt, flours and yeast in the baking tray. Programming a 10-minute kneading.
2 º Allow the dough in the bucket, 3o minutes.
3 º out, knead lightly and divide into 3 or 4 servings.
